Poetry and Self-Expression ⏤ The Work of Photographer Noémi Szabo
Noémi Ottilia Szabo is a Zurich-based photographer who frequently collaborates with the talented stylist Petra Haller on fashion editorials and other projects across Europe. Although she will say that her work follows Yohji Yamamoto's famous saying "perfection is ugly", we feel like she brings her own authentic vision of it, transcending beauty through poetry and self-expression.
"I just love taking pictures, being curious and trying something out. I especially love the feeling on a shoot itself, when the final results aren't there yet. The process and the people who surround me. I'm a really emotional person — the more I'm having fun and the vibe on set is amazing, the more I will love the final pictures, due to my memories from that day."
